With Rest & Rise you’ll be guided through a range of micro breath, body and mind practices that you can integrate into your day. One size doesn’t fit all, so you’ll be supported to build a wellbeing toolbox just for you.

To begin with, I was a little bit nervous because I haven't had a coaching session before, but once we got into it and we were chatting, Nikki made me feel very comfortable and at ease, it was great just to get things that I had going on in my mind out in the open and kind of get like a plan of action to it. Rest & Rise is a 12-week program. We’ll meet weekly for a one-hour coaching session. For best results, in addition to live coaching sessions, it is recommended that you dedicate a short amount of time each day to building micro-moments of rest into your schedule and spend up to one hour per week completing any preparation, reflection exercises or worksheets to solidify your learning.
Rest assured, you won't be navigating the program alone. You’ll have unlimited email access during business hours, Monday through Friday. I aim to respond within 24 hours.
You can pay for the program in full or in 2 instalments.
Rest & Rise is not just a 12-week program, it's a journey towards lasting change. Your commitment and willingness to fully engage are key. I encourage you to continue using the tools and powerful habits after the program ends, and revisit any lessons as needed to integrate them into your lifestyle. To support this, all learning resources, videos, or audio come with lifetime access.
Rest & Rise is a 12-week program with a blended approach of live coaching and on-demand content. We’ll meet weekly for a 1-hour coaching session. For best results, in addition to live coaching sessions, it is recommended that you dedicate a short amount of time each day (no more than 30 minutes spread across the day) to build micro-moments of rest into your schedule.
You’ll have unlimited email access during business hours Monday through Friday with a 24-hour response time.
Yes, you can either pay for the program in full or in x3 monthly instalments.
To put it simply, full commitment and willingness to follow the program step by step. Making changes that last, takes time. For this reason, the program runs over 12 weeks. I would also recommend that you continue using the tools and powerful habits after the program ends and revisit any lessons as required. This is so they can become embedded in your lifestyle. It is for this reason that the learning resources come with lifetime access.
